Haworth village, West Yorkshire, in the heart of West Yorkshire’s Bronte Country, Home of the Bronte sisters

The Bronte family, originally spelled Brunty, lived in the Haworth parsonage from 1820 until 1861.

The Parsonage is where Charlotte wrote Jane Eyre, Emily wrote Wuthering Heights and Anne wrote The Tenant of Wildfell Hall.

The house is now the Bronte Parsonage Museum, displaying a large exhibition of Bronte artifacts
