The gateway to Europe,
Dover, in the South East of England is one of the Top 10 of Britain's most
cherished places. Steeped in history, Dover's famed White Cliffs are a
memorable experience for visitors of all ages. Famous amongst many visitors is
the war-time song "There'll Be Bluebirds Over The White Cliffs of Dover",
performed by Dame Vera Lynn. Magnificent sunsets adorn the coastline of these
white-chalked cliffs. Dover is also a hub of travel with its bussling
international port. Whether you're just passing through this channel port or
taking in the life around Dover, it's a visit you'll long remember.
